Now More Than Ever
I Am Energized to Help Women
Return to and Transition Careers
I am passionate about the value that women bring to the workforce and work tirelessly to encourage and inspire this demographic. Drawing upon my own experience, resources and extensive knowledge in the Diversity, Inclusion and Human Resources arenas, I am well positioned to help you design your journey back to work.
Having graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Urban Studies I began my career as a consultant in the real estate industry practices of two international accounting firms. After the arrival of our first child, I launched my private RE consulting practice and with the advent of our 4th child, I opted to place my career on hold. However, like many moms, I never put my skills on hold! While raising our children, I served in numerous leadership capacities for local organizations and for the past 15 years have served on the Board of Governors for a large private club, most recently as Vice President.
In 2016, finding myself an empty nester, I was looking for more and set out to find a path back to work - a humbling yet rewarding experience. I landed with Après in Business Development and continue my affiliation with them. Après is a digital platform that connects women with employers interested in recruiting, retaining and returning women talent.

Fran helped me think through career options now that my kids would both be in college within a few months of that meeting. We brainstormed, and she provided excellent insight into opportunities and valuing my skills on an updated resume. She offered some tangible steps to take as well as provided a supportive conversation in the value of women re-entering and redefining in the workforce.
Fran was a wonderful resource as I started my transition to re enter the workforce after a 10 year stay at home mom position. Fran’s direct, warm approach guided me through resume writing, networking and social media. She was a generous and thoughtful professional who is extremely easy to build a rapport with immediately. She continues to reach out long after as well.
